Check the mapping before the finding.

Set up a check

1. Open the app through Shopify admin and connect the intended Printful account and store.
2. Select the exact Shopify variant and enter the corresponding provider product and variant IDs.
3. Confirm the source label, optional artwork hash, readiness or price expectations, then save the mapping.
4. Run a complete check. An incomplete provider or Shopify response stays unknown.

Evidence limits

A finding describes the supported API facts observed for an approved mapping. It does not prove storefront rendering, artwork quality, fulfillment, physical output, or customer delivery. “Reviewed” records acknowledgement; resolution requires a later complete matching observation.

Export

The authenticated dashboard exports a bounded JSON file with coverage and truncation fields. It includes at most 100 retained reports and excludes access tokens, OAuth codes, provider response bodies, and artwork URLs.

No public support contact is configured in this development build. Production release requires a valid contact.

Include the visible error text, check time, and non-sensitive mapping label. Do not send passwords, Shopify or Printful tokens, lifecycle secrets, cron secrets, or provider payloads.
